If I could give Bella Dental Group 10 stars, I absolutely would. I have a huge fear of dentists, and Dr. Roya Nematollahi is truly the most gentle, kind, and patient dentist I've ever had. She made me feel completely at ease the entire visit which I honestly didn't think was possible in a dental chair. The front office staff is just as incredible! Yesenia is warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The whole experience feels calm and genuinely caring from start to finish. I finally found a dental office I actually look forward to coming back to and I'll be a patient here for as long as Bella Dental Group exists :)
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bella Dental Group and especially Yesenia, who works the front desk and schedules appointments. From the moment we walked in, she made the entire experience feel personal, warm, and genuinely caring. The service was for my elderly dad, who needed dentures. He’s hard of hearing and can be a little temperamental at times, but Yesenia treated him with so much patience and kindness that he actually laughed and felt completely at ease. That alone meant the world to us. The entire staff was equally professional, compassionate, and efficient. Every step: checking in, the dental work itself, and the follow-up, was handled with attentiveness and respect. You can tell they truly care about their patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule. I have been coming to this dentist office for many years now, and every visit I've had a good experience! Yesenia at the front desk is professional and welcoming. Juan is fast and efficient. Dr Roya takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about patients’ comfort and dental health. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and gentle dentist.
They convinced me to replace a filling they said was going to fall out. Then, their brand new filling fell out. The owner tried to sell me expensive treatments I didn’t need during the procedure and told me I’d “get used to it” when she didn’t shave the filling down enough to fit my bite. Thankfully, the staff ignored her and adjusted it for me, but even then, the filling still fell out. The staff seem conscientious, competent, and caring. The owner, however, does not. It seems like she is focused on trying to maximize her bottom line and relies on her staff to clean up after her. I’d be better off if I had never stepped foot in this place.
I have been coming to Bella Dental for nearly 10 years. Dr. Roya is the best dentist I have ever had! The staff is equally amazing! They work with you if you have a complicated medical history and want to make sure your safety is paramount! If you're looking for a dentist I recommend Bella Dental!
