I ordered a bakflip MX4 hard cover and had it within 2 days, installed. There was an issue with the cover and all it took was 1 call to them and Jeff was getting a hold of the Area sales Rep. I got a replacement cover within a week, covered under warranty. Good dudes at Bel Air Shells
Pretty good camper shell. The rear door uncontrollably swinging open and closed in the wind is a major disappointment. Basically listening to my several thousand dollar purchase destroy itself. Also the wiring doesn’t make sense. My dome lights are wired into my brake lights. If these issues were resolved I would give 4.5 stars. I would give 5 stars if there was some sort of exterior cargo attachment system to carry fuel, storage boxes, propane, water, etc. I have figured out that last part though, just hope the shell holds up.
I've had Jeff and his team install everything on my trucks from tonneau covers to bed slides to steps, and they're always FANTASTC!!! Jeff even tells me the pros and cons of the products, and saved me a few times. He's is communicative and very kind, the pricing is always upfront and very fair, and the installation is flawless. When I've gone back for tune-ups, they fix it right up on the spot, do a great job. I've referred lots of people to Bel Air Camper Shells, and they've ALL said the same thing - AWESOME!
