For most of the employees this is their first job experience. They find time between school and sports to learn about good work ethic and serving others.

Led by General Manager Jim Poettgen, whose restaurant career spans more than four decades, BallPark has truly become a family legacy. Jim’s daughter Brittany grew up with BallPark, began working in the restaurant at age 12, and today serves as Office Manager, bringing both lifelong restaurant experience and an MBA to the family business. Together with Diane, Jim’s wife and BallPark’s President/CEO, the family has built a restaurant deeply connected to the community. Over the years, BallPark has employed more than 1,000 people, many of them local high school and college students getting their first job and learning valuable lessons in work ethic, teamwork, and serving others. Generations of employees and customers have grown up with BallPark, making it much more than a neighborhood pizza restaurant—it’s a longstanding part of the local community. See Ya at the BallPark!
