Always wanted to come here. Huge fan of their other brewery locations and this one was no exemption. Excellent service, great beer, fresh food, and such a good space. The high ceilings and nice patios made for a solid afternoon. Bring the family here for lunch when you go to Disney.
YouTuber said Ballast Point has the best QuesaBirria tacos at Disneyland Resort. I thought Centrico’s was great and Cucina Cucamonga’s in California Adventure was good, too. Had to try BP’s and I gotta say, it’s up there. Maybe a tie with Centrico. All 3 are good tho. The outdoor rooftop dining area at BP overlooking Downtown Disney is a great place to relax and get away from all the crowds. Of course they also have Ballast Point beer, too, which adds to the experience. Although you order via QR code in the Toast app on the Patio, service is still pleasant and attentive. Great place to enjoy a California afternoon outdoors.
What a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the hostess was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server, Erin, had such great energy and was so sweet, taking excellent care of us throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the flatbreads, wings, and miso cauliflower, and every dish was packed with incredible flavors. A huge shout-out to Chef John for the amazing food and for making sure we had such a memorable time. We will definitely be back!
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not eat here. The service was slow. The waiter took 20 minutes to take our order and didnt ask if we wanted drinks. I wanted to get tacos and was told they have no tortillas, so I ordered a burger. I wasnt asked how I wanted my burger cooked and it came almost raw. I hope I dont get sick tonight. Look at the size of the tomato that came on my burger. While the rest of my parties burgers were well done. Too bad it was an automatic 20% tip for our large party otherwise I would have tipped nothing.
We're snooty beer people from the PNW, and we thought the beer at Ballast Point was pretty dang good/tasty. The food was delicious and came out fast; we had the pastrami burger both times, and the serving size was great to share (they even cut our burger in half before it came out). The kid's meal was really well sized. The staff both times we visited were welcoming, fast, attentive, and friendly. We tended to eat between lunch and dinner time, so that might be the best plan if you don't want to wait. Will definitely visit again when we're at Disneyland.
