Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I've been to Italy, heck, I've lived there. Yeah they make nice pizza, but Ballpark, let me tell you, they are in a league of their own. Get a pep-sausage well-done light on the red sauce and tell me it isn't the best pie you've ever had. I dare you.
We stumbled upon this by accent. It's super cute on the inside, some arcade games for the kids to play. However, the food... not good. The pizza was a little burnt and tasted like cafeteria pizza, which honestly... can hit if you're in the right mood. The sandwich was more bread, lettuce, and thick slices of tomatoes (it was used as a filler) with a SMALL serving of meat. The most disappointing item was their "spaghetti." It tasted like the canned SpaghettiO's. I had the other people at my party try it, and they all agreed. Took 2 bites and couldn't finish it. We were disappointed, especially considering we paid a little over $80 in total. At least the all-you-can-eat salad bar was good. And the young man who took our order was absolutely adorable, super sweet. He was super understanding and polite when I asked for a refund on 1 of the dishes. The manager, on the other hand, gave me such a sassy attitude while he was processing my refund. lol, it was like he couldn't believe someone wouldn't like his "SpaghettiO's." Definitely have no desire to go back. Though I understand why people are drawn to it, especially when wine was discounted on Wednesday.
My party and I arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Ball Park hours are clearly posted on line and on the door they are open until 10pm. All of the chairs were already put up on the tables. They were vacuuming and mopping like they were closing. We asked if they were open and as the cashier was counting his money, barely making eye contact, replied ‘take out only’. The reason it’s take out only? “There are no customers”. Well you just lost more business. Unacceptable ball park. Stay open during the hours advertised.
Pretty good pizza. If you order it by the slice it comes precooked from a warming oven, unlike other places that half bake it before then do the final bake when you order it. This places has a lot of big TVs and a ton of sports. Looks like it would be a fun place to be for a football game.
My kids and i love this place! Great staff and delicious food. We have tried just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Garlic cheese bread, chicken wings, and the gladiator are the best. Draft beer to wash it all down...mmmmmm p.s. DON'T FORGET to tip whether you are dinning in or carrying out. Those guys/gals work hard. I have noticed more time then not, people rarely tip for the service.
