What an incredible rude and pompous guy. My wife calls me up to check out a house in Laguna Niguel. We have $1,000,000.00 to spend. Liked the house but will not offer due to the rudeness of the relator Art Comioa. Asked a few questions and got a F/U response. What type of floor is this? Arts response. I don’t know you tell me I’m not a contractor. My wife also said he was rude to her before I got there. I will not be spending my money with Berkshire Hathaway. Any company that employs a person like Art and I’m sure you have gotten complaints before about him has bad judgment.
