Fantastic service! The Apex crew was on time, nice, and very efficient. They took care of the new AC and furnace install and ran a new duct to the bedroom quickly without making much noise. They left the work area spotless and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Jake and his team were great. Very communicative, fast, and helpful. They showed up and diagnosed the problem right away. I took their advice, went to my local Home Depot and it was a very easy fix. They educated me on what went wrong and how to prevent my heater problem in the futute. No upselling, and price was more than fair. Thanks guys!
I couldn’t turn on the heat after being away for three months. The thermostat was totally blank. Called Apex and Mark explained the charges in detail. I agreed and Mark has Tony come by the same day. Tony first checked around and determined the thermostat needs to be replaced. In a short time, Tony replaced the thermostat and we got heat right away. Tony is professional and knowledgeable. He explained what went wrong patiently. I am very happy with his excellent service and definitely recommend Apex. 👍
I have high standards and a focus for detail. Apex heating & air conditioning EXCEEDED my expectations! They were fair on price and gave me a special offer. They were very efficient, yet did not rush or cut corners. Their installers were both friendly and professional. We were impressed how they spoke to each other with support and respect. They laid down tarps to protect our home. I was most impressed with the installer who offered to turn the outside unit as to allow more space on the side of my home. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me to trim my hedge! They showed pride in their work and didn’t leave without knowing that I was completely satisfied. From my first contact until completion - every guy I spoke with at Apex was personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I really can’t imagine anything better than that. We are completely delighted with our new A/C & furnace system and very glad we chose Apex. You will be delighted too if you make the right choice and choose them for your job!
My AC wasn’t working and Apex came out the next day to fix it. Apparently nothing was broken but Tony from Apex was able to get it working again. Service was great and there was no charge for repairs this time. I’m a repeat customer and found Apex to be fast and have reasonable fees. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Thank you Apex!
