I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel it is warranted after the amazing work that Apex did for me and my family. From our initial consultation after our 30 year old unit finally gave out, Jake was able to walk us through this process with honesty and integrity. He outlined our options, the amount of work it would take and the flexibility to make a decision at our pace. The install crew (Steve Josh, and the rest of the boys who came and worked hard to get this unit installed. Our house finally has air conditioning and they calibrated it leaving this house cool and amazing in the middle of a heat wave. We’re grateful for the quick turnaround, the attention to detail, and amazing work ethic. Would recommend Apex for any of your AC needs, they truly stand apart from the rest. Thank you!!
Highly recommend Apex! John from Apex came within an hour of my call due to AC not working. Extremely polite and professional. John explained the issue and gave me options for repair. Spent time showing me how to work new thermostat and was very thorough. Extra kudos for having shoe covers while walking throughout my home. I appreciate John’s input on looking to the near future and the need to consider AC replacement. Allows me to review my options and plan accordingly.
I have high standards and a focus for detail. Apex heating & air conditioning EXCEEDED my expectations! They were fair on price and gave me a special offer. They were very efficient, yet did not rush or cut corners. Their installers were both friendly and professional. We were impressed how they spoke to each other with support and respect. They laid down tarps to protect our home. I was most impressed with the installer who offered to turn the outside unit as to allow more space on the side of my home. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me to trim my hedge! They showed pride in their work and didn’t leave without knowing that I was completely satisfied. From my first contact until completion - every guy I spoke with at Apex was personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I really can’t imagine anything better than that. We are completely delighted with our new A/C & furnace system and very glad we chose Apex. You will be delighted too if you make the right choice and choose them for your job!
John was super kind and responsive. He immediately gave us a same day appointment on the hottest day of the year when our ac was out. Apex heating and air conditioning will always be our first call if we ever have an issue with our air conditioner or furnace.
Apex sent Tony to our house to look at a AC condensation line drainage issue. Tony was fantastic. Friendly, listened to my description of the issue, and was quick and thorough is his diagnosis and fix of the issue. I was dreading a huge repair bill, but breathed a huge sigh of relief at the end.
