Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid foundersβscrappy, ambitious, and resilient. Environmentππππ Very clean and well-kept. Iβd give it a 4.5. They open at 5pm β we arrived around 4:45 and there were already more than ten parties on the waitlist, so coming early definitely matters. Foodπππππ We ordered beef tongue, short rib, marinated short rib, pork cheek, and beef tartare. Overall, everything was very good. The strong point here is the balance of fat and lean meat, and the marinades were well-seasoned without being overpowering. Food-wise, Iβd give it a solid 5 β really good Japanese yakiniku. Serviceππππ Service felt a bit overwhelmed. One cut of meat was served incorrectly, and it took quite a while to get the grill changed because the servers were very busy. Conclusion πππππ Great food and definitely worth coming back. That said, if the wait is close to an hour, I might feel a bit lazy about lining up again.
One of the best places to eat n cook your own food! Loved the all the meats they have! Especially the Kobe and the wagyu meat! Fire π₯π€ Chef's choice!
Thereβs a nice Asian restaurant with good-quality food, and you get to barbecue your own meal, which is really fun. The place is a bit small, but itβs nice overall. Their rice was also very delicious.
I rarely give a negative review, but this place takes the cake. The food quality was nothing to write home about, mid at best. All the service they did was bring the food out, the rest of the cooking is up to us. The other places Iβve been, the servers cook for us. So overpriced for the amount of meat they give you. Even all of that, I still tipped them. As we leaving the establishment, the βmanagerβ chased us and asking why we tip like 2% of the bill. So you stopped us at the door just to ask why you tip so little? What kind of the service is that? Tip is optional, not mandatory. The atmosphere turned grim because of that. I gave a little extra so they can shut up and let us go. Weβre not coming back to this place and I suggest you to do the same. Imagine you pay so much for the subpar quality of meats and they have the audacity to say why you tip so little. Actual brain dead customer service. Iβll make sure that everyone I know will not ever come to this place.
This Asian bbq place is one of worst! The seat is not comfortable. The flame on the table is not easy to control. The waiters and waitresses seemed to rush customers to get out. Because they want more customers who are waiting outside to fill the spots. They handed the bill, we havenβt even had a chance to order dessert yet! That made us feel very uncomfortable. The food was not good either. They are not fresh and the portion size is small for the price they charged! I will not return nor will I recommend anyone. ππ
