Love this place. I never have a problem getting an appointment and they get me in and out in a timely matter. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile by the girls at the front desk and Dr. Dawn Vu is amazing. She takes the time to listen to any concerns, is patient and efficient. I never have to wait long to get my glasses or contacts. The office is always clean as well.
All my life I couldn't use contacts. Dr Vu was so incredible that not only do I have the perfect pair of contacts that they so diligently taught me how to wear, but I have the confidence of knowing my eye doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and in my opinion the best doc Ive ever had. Thank you!!
Receptionist was friendly; however they will not let you be seen as a new customer if you're not willing to do the retinal screening, which is not covered by most insurance and cost $40. Services refused if this is not agreed to.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Vu. She is an awesome eye doctor, very knowledgeable. She helped save my eyesight. Her treatment of kertoconus and the scleral contact lens have given me almost perfect vision. I recommend her and her practice to anyone. I will drive over 2 hours for an appointment. That is how much I trust her.
Amazing experience!! Went to Dr. Vu after suffering a TBI from an auto accident. I knew something else was off prior to seeing Dr. Vu and turned out my eyes were kicking outward due to the accident. Through many enjoyable, challenging, and extremely interesting therapy sessions, my headaches improved and my vision became far better. I cannot recommend this business enough and the entire staff are friendly, professional, and great to talk to. I can’t imagine where’d I’d be without having found Dr. Vu.
