This place used to be the last good place in OC. Now, it WAS the last good place. A basic car wash is now $30!!! The finish work out front is horrible now. Even when it's slow, they spend 1/2 as much time drying and finishing. My gloss black wheels are all smeared. The windows are not clear and there's still a coffee drip on my center console. The tall Hispanic guy taking your keys acts like he hates being there. I pointed out the speared black wheels to the front finisher and got a sigh as he went to fix it. Did he? Nope. Just ran his rag around it again. Same smears, different spots now. Told them about it on previous trip and they said I needed to purchase some sort of wheel brightener or tire dressing for them to look perfect! They are BRAND NEW. Was told this time by the finisher, "This no detail". So... In front of the crowd, I grabbed a rag and finished it myself. It worked because the next couple of people came out and nitpicked their wheels and drips too. Really high prices that keep going up (faster than inflation) but service has been cut in half. Guess I'll finally resort to mobile guys now which is probably where all of the good finishers have gone.
I have been using this car wash for 5 years. They used to do a decent job. However the last couple years the quality of the washes has been pretty bad. I have to finish washing it when I get home. I brought this up to the manager Ricardo for the past year as to give them a chance to correct it. Unfortunately, he is not willing to deliver anymore and basically told me to go somewhere else. Thought I should share this with others.
Rims were caked with brake dust but they did a great job with cleaning them. Will bring all my cars here for details.
Staff here is a rude and disorganized. Instead of waiting around, there’s an automatic wash 3 minutes up the street that’s cheaper, faster, and they do a better job. Save your time and money and go to Bliss Car Wash instead 👍
Save your money. The photos below are what the $34 Ultimate Wash will get you when you bring in a small SUV. Yes, the car was cleaner than when it arrived, but I shouldn't have to go back and touch up everything after driving away. I appreciate the tire shine, but please wipe off the excess so it doesn't end up all over the rocker panels of the vehicle. The dash, center console, and most of the plastic interior was super dusty from the towels that were used to wipe everything down. Thank you for the wash. But if I wanted to blow $34 and be disappointed, I would have just lit the money on fire and sprayed the car down with a garden hose.
