Dr. Wight and her staff are amazing. The office is clean and has all the latest technology. Dr. Wight and Lauren have such a gentle touch. Angie and Jeannette are great with my Insurance and accommodating me with my schedule. This is my forever dental home. I'm no longer fearful. You can definitely trust Dr. Wight!!! I have been going to Dr. Wight for many years. I have even moved out of Orange County, over an hour away, and continue to drive in use her services. She is kind and gentle and is in constant communication with you while working in your mouth. You know what is happening each step of the process, Her staff is fantastic! Don't hesitate to use her services, I definitely recommend her and her staff.
Edit: The old office was great and Dr. Wight is lovely and patient. She is very gentle and makes you feel less nervous about your dental procedure with constant reassurance and talking you through each step. I had several teeth to fill at once and she's always super efficient and timely with the procedure. She contacted me personally after my complaints below to understand my situation. I really appreciate that she took personal time to discuss my concerns so I am adjusting my rating. Original: I had the exact same experience with the horrible front desk staff as another review below had mentioned. The front desk staff at the new location Angie is absolutely awful, consistently rude and disrespectful when you call. She is completely incompetent at answering questions about billing. I emailed them and they never responded. I called twice because they didn't pick up my first call and the first thing Angie asked is "Did you just call twice?"then she SCOFFS audibly over the phone. I guess calling twice is a crime! Their statements are always inconsistent with what I actually owed and Angie can never explain it until she was finally fed up and patched me over to another staff. They also no longer accept my insurance once they changed offices.The unprofessionalism and rudeness from the front desk is not worth it. I will not be coming back.
The front office staff has become horrible after they changed offices. I recommend avoiding them: we were patients for years and then one day they decided they didn’t take our insurance anymore and never informed us. So when we went for our teeth cleaning, they gave us the impression that our insurance would cover it. Fast forward to the new year, they send us a bill. Whenever we call, the front office staff are super disrespectful and force us to pay, even though this was on them for not informing us about them not accepting our insurance anymore. I recommend going somewhere else.
I LOVE Dr. Wight and her staff. I have had several surprise issues and they have been patient and kind with all my scheduling and rescheduling. Dr. Wight has the best bedside voice and she tells you each step before she does them, so fewer surprises. Highly recommend.
