I've ordered from them twice for my girlfriend who I'm unable to visit at the moment. The first order went great and the flowers made her day. The second order was for Valentine's 2023 and the experience was less than what was expected. Ordering was a breeze but when the delivery day arrived, the first driver left without delivery and the second only delivered the flowers and not the balloons, chocolates or the bear. My girlfriend had to ring them twice to sort it out. Not exactly the service I'd expect given the cost. I'll give them one last try for the next event that flowers would be good for, but will take my business elsewhere if any more issues occur.
If you order online what you get is nothing like the photo they advertise. This establishment defrauds the public. Waste of time and money.
