Austin at the front desk is amazing! He explained everything in detail to me. He is so friendly! As a female I appreciate not feeling like I am being taken advantage of and I know that if they tell me something needs to be repaired/replaced it does. Bring your car here to be serviced and you will not be disappointed!
My first two experiences with Aliso Viejo Auto Service were great. I dealt with Austin, who I found I found to be very honest and direct. He let me know exactly what I need and (what other mechanics had told me I needed) what I did not need. The work was performed quickly, efficiently, and to my complete satisfaction.
I've been taking the family cars to AV Auto Service for over 20 years now, from the Corolla to the V8 Camaro, and everything inbetween, with good reason! Shane and his crew do great work at a fair price. I have never once had them recommend something that didn't need to be done, and more than once they have told me that some work I thought might be due was actually not needed! That is a sign that they value long term customer relationships and treat their customers with integrity. They will tell me if some service item should be done NOW, or if it can wait until next time, which I appreciate. Work is nearly always done when promised, except for rare occasions when a part is unavailable or something. If you are looking for an independent shop that is run by folks with integrity who care about their customers, this is the place. Just keep in mind that you're working with a small business, not a massive corporate service center. :)
Aliso Viejo Auto Service is great. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I am so glad I found them in my neighborhood. I will definitely take all my future car repair needs to AVAS.
