⭐️ 10 Stars if I could! Let me tell you why. 1) All of the interactions I had with Austin and Shane were amazing. They answered the phone every time I called…and I called a lot, haha. 2) They knew what they were talking about and found my very complicated and weird issue for my Toyota Prius Hybrid. They charged me less than quoted. 3) Drop off and pick up after hours was seamless. 4) The quality work and affordable work with ease of pay was really stellar and unexpected. It was clear to me that these guys run a well-organized and clean shop. They were fast, listened to my concerns, and I felt they genuinely cared about sending me off with a resolution and safe vehicle. I feel such relief knowing I have a new reliable mechanic!!
I came here for a second opinion after another shop told me I needed to replace my brake pads immediately for safety reasons. I couldn’t afford to spend that kind of money right now, so I wanted to make sure it was really necessary. From the moment I walked in, I got good vibes - Austin was friendly and welcoming. After checking my car, they told me the truth: my brake pads still had several thousand miles left and didn’t need to be replaced yet. They didn’t charge me anything for the consultation and were completely honest. It’s so refreshing to find an honest auto shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of people. Highly recommend this place. Great service and even better people!
I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait in the lobby until my car was ready. I'm glad I did, because I was able to talk to Austin, the service manager. Not only did he keep me company during the wait, but he made me feel like I was having my car serviced by a friend. Seldom do I encounter this level of customer service. Because of Austin, I will never bring my car anywhere else. Thank you, Austin. You are an amazing young man and I appreciate the positive experience you provided. Lastly, the servicemen did a fantastic job and were respectful and personable. I appreciate all of you.
This place is top notch, honest and professional. Austin at the front desk was polite, professional and informative. I went in for brakes and after further inspection didn’t need, just replace fluid. Also gave me a full print out of items that need or will need attention No pressure to sell or get it done, just great information. This is my new auto service place And all my friends and family will hear about it. Thanks again Austin and the whole staff.
I absolutely love this shop! I’ve been here a few times and every visit has been excellent. The staff are always so kind, professional, and quick—I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of. As a woman, it’s hard to find a car shop that feels this comfortable and trustworthy, but I always feel at ease here.
