Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I had a shocking experience with the office manager. I asked a question about billing and eventually received an explanation, but her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone was short and condescending. I trust the doctors are not aware of how she treats patients. This behavior seems to be disguised as “running the office efficiently,” but rudeness should not be mistaken for efficiency. It’s clear she operates without accountability. There is actually another Dentist in the same building. There are too many other practices that are friendly. To be clear, my $64 charge was for x-rays. I had no problem paying it I simply called for a break down before paying. The office manager accused me of screaming. If you can’t handle the various personalities of the general public, you should not be an office manager. I’m from the east coast and we speak differently. With an accent and louder. I will not apologize for being myself. I was not rude at all.
The service is horrible at this place! We have been loyal costumers from more than 10 years, but the quality in the service have been decreasing in the past years. My last cleaning was done in 20 minutes which was so so ridiculous. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not come here find a better place with better quality, and care in the service provided.
Not sure what’s going on lately but the business isn’t the same. Service is poor, messed up billing, cleaning visits are sub par, they don’t check for cavities and missed two that another place found. They were good for a while but changed slowly over the years.
I had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Yang and his team as an aspiring dental student. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Dr. Yang is one of the most genuine and caring dentists I’ve met. He connects effortlessly with his patients and always puts their best interests first. He told me that he treats every patient like he would his own parents. Instead of pushing expensive procedures, he recommends conservative treatments and does what he believes is best for the patient. His philosophy is that patient care is the number 1 priority. In fact, he never double-books appointments, making sure each patient gets his full attention. You can tell he genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and explain everything. I’m grateful to have learned from Dr. Yang and his team.
Only if Google allows me to give more than 5 stars!! It is the most professional yet warm and friendly dentistry I ever have! Teeth cleaning has always been very effective and efficient! Not for once I felt any discomfort during the process even though I have sensitive teeth and gums! Highly recommend Aliso Shore Dentistry!
