I recently visited Aliso Creek dental, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. The dentists Dr. Saati and Dr. Shapiro are both very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean and modern, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for top-notch care!
I'm not a carrier of dental insurance, however I am on the VIP membership plan with this office. I am so glad someone at the front desk was able to convert me to this plan because I was spending so much money every month to dental insurance for premium plans that had little to no coverage! My needs are always met and I admire how everything is always properly explained at each appointment. I highly recommend this office. Thank you!
Staff members are very pleasant ,nice and professional, specially Misty! She was very helpful and was wonderful explaining everything! Dr.Mona was very professional, friendly, gentle, informative and patient! She's very honest and straightforward about what you really need done.she's amazing. Great and inviting atmosphere. Once again the staff at aliso creek dental or terrific. They were able to get me in at very short notice. From the reception to the x-rays to the diagnosis To the remedy, Everything was great. Doctor Shapiro was great and put together a dental plan during my visit. He answered all the questions I had and recommended different options to resolve my case. Roxana was taking my x-rays and did a great job as well.
