1/15/24 Another great visit at Alicia Dental. I met Dr. Klus, who was very professional and nice. Dr. Trebon will be retiring, so I will now see Dr. Klus. I visited today for x-rays and cleaning, and I must say Chris is an amazing hygienist and so professional, kind, and experienced. The entire team at Alicia Dental is professional, experienced, and kind. Amazing customer service and professional dental care. Highly recommended. 7/19/2023 Returned to Alicia Dental today for the first step of prep and temporary for my new crowns. The office staff were welcoming and pleasant as always. Janet, the dental assistant, took me back and joined by Dr. Trebon did an amazing job preparing the two teeth for a temporary crown while taking impressions for the two new crowns. Dr. Trebon is amazing and a true professional. I must say that Janet is probably the best dental assistant I have ever had the pleasure of working on my teeth. Janet is kind, experienced, skilled, and an excellent and compassionate communicator. Alicia Dental is simply the best! Highly recommended!! 7/18/2023 Need dental services look no further. Contact Bonnie at Alicia Dental. They are simply the best. Had an appointment with Chris for my 6 month cleaning today, and he is amazing and the ultimate professional. All of the staff are pleasant and professional. I saw Dr. Trebon regarding two potential crowns that I need and he is so professional, friendly, and accommodating. I explained that I was heading on vacation early next month, and he immediately gave me an appointment for tomorrow and assured me I would have the work done prior to my vacation. The level of understanding, skill, patience, professionalism, and kindness is unsurpassed. I highly recommend Alicia Dental!! 9/28/2022 Well I fractured a front tooth abs called Julie who got me in to see Dr. Trebon and his amazing dental assistants. After reviewing the x-rays and talking about options I was referred for the extraction to Dr. Caputo at Orange County Services for Oral Surgery. After the extraction Bonnie at Dr. Trebon's office graciously fit me in and I saw the Doctor and his amazing team in the afternoon for a temporary bridge and will return in two weeks for the permanent one. Amazing staff and so dedicated and committed to excellence. Thank you Alicia Dental. Highly recommended. 9/13/2022 Had my 4 month cleaning yesterday and it's always a blessing going to my dentist although I realize many people dread going to the dentist. The office is so calming and the staff are all wonderful, loving people who are committed to excellence in all they do. Chris, my hygienist is the utmost professional and probably the best hygienist I have seen in my 62 years, just don't tell my wife who is a retired hygienist lol. If you are looking for quality dental care by people who care you must check out Alicia Dental. The dentists are so kind, knowledgeable and professional and the office staff are angels! Previous visit Today I went in for my regular cleaning and it is always refreshing to see the smiling faces at the reception desk as the ladies up front are a blessing. Chris, my favorite hygienist greeted me and proceeded to prepare me for the cleaning. Chris is a true professional and in my 62 years, clearly the best at his trade. Of course my wife now retired was a great hygienist as well. Gotta keep my points up! Lol Chris did a thorough job as always and after cleaning and polishing had the Dr. take a look at my teeth and gums as a preventative inspection. I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness and thoughtful approach to my dental care and needs. Kudos to all of you at Alicia Dental! Absolutely the worst dentist! Dr. Kluss is horrible. I would rather let my teeth fall out then go to this dentist. He can’t even do a block right. He complained that my mouth was too small and he is clumsy. I paid for services I never received. I went to wonderful dentist and had everything fixed. Be warned! I do not leave negative reviews but as RN and patient advocate, I cannot stress enough to find another dentist other than Dr. Kluss.
Great staff and quick, easy service! I had my teeth cleaned and had scheduled for my filling.It was the fastest filling I've ever had done in my life and feel so good about it. The doctor and nurse assisting him worked in such great synergy, it was extremely efficient. The teeth cleaning was great as well! I look forward to my future visits!
I have been very pleased with Dr Kluss as our family dentist. Both of my young children have been to see him and had a great experience too! My husband needed a deep cleaning and the office staff was persistent with our insurance to get approval for the services he needed - truly going above and beyond. I have always had a great experience at this office and would definitely recommend Dr Kluss and his staff to friends and family. Don't hesitate checking out this dental office - it is run efficiently and always on time - you won't be disappointed!
Really one of the best dental office's we've been to. They are honest, straight forward and really care about their patients and their well being. My husband introduced me to Alicia Dental and now my whole immediate family are being taken care of by Dr. Trebon and his staff. They have great systems and their text messaging service ensures we never miss an appointment. AND...best of all, they're usually right on time for my appointment, a big plus for a working mom like me. Even my 4 and 6 year old enjoyed their cleanings and weren't so stressed by the fillings (they liked the toy machine - reward for a good appointment). After being cheated by other dentists and pediatric dentists, this is one we're recommending and sticking with!
