These guys are fantastic. I can’t praise them enough. My 52 year old HVAC finally gave up the ghost. Summer is not the best time to be without air conditioning. Air Blue was the third crew I had come and check out my system. All said the had gone to HVAC heaven. Air Blue was only a bit more expensive the lowest bidder but Sergei did a far better job explaining things and the benefits of their different jobs. I received a text about an hour before our scheduled appointment. Everyone showed up on time Sergei, plus his two team members, Sergei and guy whose name I can’t remember. The team wears big slippers over their boots while they layout floor protection everywhere they need to go in your house. Roughly eight to nine hours later they are done. They take all the garbage with them and only leave a nice cool house. Highly recommend.
Our installation was wonderful. The HVAC cabinet was insulated and looks much better than the original. Sergei and his team were great to work with. All work was performed as promised with no surprises. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
My husband and I were BEYOND impressed with every aspect of working with Sergei and his team at Air Blue. We hired them to replace both of our AC units in a home we recently purchased. When Sergei first came out to provide a quote, he took the time to really educate me on exactly what he was recommending and why he was suggesting those specific products/services. His quote was very competitive from the others we sourced and he was able to schedule our job very quickly. Vadim and Sergei arrived on time, were incredibly kind and courteous- taking extra steps to minimize dirt and disruption in my home, and they worked very late into the evenings to wrap up the job as quickly as possible. The new systems are a huge improvement from what we had before and everything is working perfectly. I would recommend Air Blue to anyone in need of HVAC products or services!
I used them back in March 2024, so here’s my review for that first visit. Sergei was amazing! He explained everything in terms that was easy to understand and walked me through his diagnostics each step of the way. If you like knowing how things work, and full transparency, he is your guy! He worked with my needs and budget, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything extra. Will definitely use his company again! Then I used them again just this past week in May. Sure enough I knew I had to use them again because my unit is over 25 years old. After Sergei’s first visit he had warned me that my unit could malfunction again after fixing all the little things from his visit in March, and it did. He and his team gave a very competitive price for replacing our entire HVAC system and did it the next day. Very professional and friendly. I am very happy with the result. Can’t go wrong with a true variable speed unit because of its efficiency, size, and how quiet it is! Not only is the product amazing but his service and honesty is top notch. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I definitely recommend this company!
Sergei and his team are fantastic. After inspecting our system, he diagnosed the problem and provided multiple solutions. Sergei gave us fair and very transparent pricing. Ultimately, we decided on replacing our entire system. His team was professional and they thoroughly explained everything they did when they were complete.
