Highly, highly, highly recommend! I am about 6 months postpartum and was having pretty extreme back pains that was negatively effecting my daily life and especially sleep. I've been going to Dr. Zach at ADIO Chiropractic for 2 months now and honestly astonished by the results. My back pain is 100% better, I have more energy and better sleeping patterns. And I finally have been able to pick up running again which was a pleasant surprise. (Running was causing me back pain previously as well) They take a very unique approach to chiropractic work that is very calculated and precise which I really appreciate. Ashley is always so welcoming and accommodating to my schedule when I needed to move an appointment which was SO very helpful for me too. And a very family friendly facility which is always a plus. Would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family!

I’ve been experiencing lower back pain like I’ve never known before ….Dr Zack immediately identified the problem and went strait to work! On my first visit he adjusted my back with skill! I hobbled in and 30 minutes later WALKED out feeling better….not completely healed but I trust that I’m in great hands and that healing will come very soon! His wife/receptionist is so sweet and caring …you feel the general concern and devotion as you walk in the office! It is truly a family practice! If you want to be treated with respect and get the best care for your chiropractic needs please go in and meet this family they will take great care of you!

I have been seeing Dr. Zack for about a year, I suffer from lower back pain for a long time. Within the first couple of visits I felt the difference, now I can say Im almost pain free, sometimes I forget I have pain. I highly recommend for you to give it a try, nothing is worth more than feeling great and pain free! Is always nice to see Mrs. Ashley helping me out, and feel like home every time I go. If you are looking for a chiropractic, you will love this one!!

I've been seeing Dr. Zac at ADIO for almost a year. I used to have headaches every single day, but they are now gone! I also used to have constant low back pain that I rarely have anymore. I like the combination of the "drop" table and percussion instruments to do more precise and gentle adjustments, which he tracks from visit to visit to see what is really helping. I highly recommend him! Also, Ashley is so friendly and if you're lucky, their little boy Lukas might also be there to greet you when you arrive!

He has top of the line technologies along with his expertise that have given me so much relief in my neck, I am now able to work without severe pain in my left arm!!
