I love everything Abysse! I have been using their swimsuits for a few weeks now, and the quality makes a huge difference as a surfer! They stay on in big waves, never get rashes, and the patterns are so cute! I also have been using their wetsuits, and once again, amazing quality. Very stretchy, but also very warm! Recommend all of their products:)

I could not say better things about this small, family-run brand. Everything feels 100% crafted with intention. First off, if you're ever in San Clemente I highly encourage going to their store where you can try on anything from the site with ease to find the best size and fit. The girls who work in the store, Dakota and Sam, are so kind and helpful and truly go above and beyond. Everything from their swim fabrics and neoprene wetsuits down to the way they package their product is of the highest kind and quality. For the feminine physique, you really can't find swim or wetsuits in as flattering of cuts or styles as these, it literally feels custom and tailored to your body. There's a reason I'm always seeing girls in the water in Abysse— because it's simply THE BEST there is!!!

Such a wonderful space with well executed and intentional designs in various women’s swimwear and wetsuit styles. Between colors, patterns, and fits - they compliment every skin tone and body type. I just love the quality of the fabric and construction!! Honestly, there’s no other brand like it!! It’s also a women’s owned small business - which I love because it’s women doing ‘cool things’ :) Easy location tucked in San Clemente with supportive retail staff that greets you with a smile and makes you feel like you’re hanging out with your best gal pals :)

I have bought many items (swimwear, apparel and wetsuits) from the online shop and I have never had a quality issue so I do not understand the negative comments regarding the quality. I love their products and couldn't recommend them more. The customer service was also always amazing. They had solved any issues I have had and gone above and beyond with my requests. The communication was always fast and easy. Regarding the return policy: It’s never bothered me that return was only possible for store credit since I can always find something else I like, but I get why it could be annoying for others. It would be nice if they offered full refunds too, especially since not everything works for every body type. However, I do think that it is the customers job to check the return policy. It is pretty easy to find it..just go to FAQ. Especially if I consider ordering multiple items and from the very beginning intend on returning some of them, I always make sure, I can return them without costing me a fortune. So as much as I understand the frustration with this not very customer-friendly return policy, can't blame the customer service, when it is clearly written, what their policy is. It is a great company and hopefully in the near future they will open a store in Europe too, because ordering from the US is very expensive especially due to the taxes and returning items is also extremely expensive.

The suit I ordered from Abysse is trash! Made out of bad quality material. Extremely overpriced. For $200 or less you can find excellent quality 2/1 wetsuits from other brands that strive to provide excellent customers service and not trick their customers. No wonder this store doesn’t offer returns or exchanges. Their shop should be called Abuse and not Abysse. I ordered a wetsuit on Black Friday sale and it came damaged, the fit is off! It’s too loose at around my torso and knees but the neck is extremely tight. I already wrote several complaints and won’t stop there! Abusive businesses like this one must be held accountable! By the way looks like Abysse also deletes negative reviews from their pages. There was one on Google but it’s now gone. But I have a screenshot. Also, see real reviews on Better Business Bureau. Looks like there is a pattern there!
