Absolute best sushi in San Clemente. We usually start with the two orders of the Japan flight and get chefs specials which are listed on the chalk board. House salad is great too.
We had a variety of fish—everything was fresh and delicious. additionally, the service was phenomenal, and the ambience was quaint. I recommend getting there a little bit before it opens because it fills up quickly.
Hell, yeah! My son and I were visiting from Colorado and a friend who used to live in San Clemente. Told us to check out nine Style. He said it was the bomb and it did not disappoint. I am passionate about trees and seafood, and the chef’s choice. Chirashi Bole was out of this world. The quantity and flavor was over the top. Also had yellow tail collars, and my son loved mango and red bean mochi! The value was excellent and the total bill was just over $100 with a hot sake
9 style is our favorite local sushi spot. We love their chef's specials and premium sashimi platter. Their fish is fresh and well cut. They offer fresh wasabi. Sake list is decent. The service is always great and chefs are friendly. The only issue is that it's very popular, making for a long wait for a table at times.
I've tried almost every Japanese restaurant in Orange County - this one is the best. Their sister Restaurant, 9 Style Ramen, is also one of the best Ramen spots around. You'll love it - and the price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity you're getting.
