The best, most friendly, most honest car repair I have ever found. Joe went over and above for my oil change. I sat down to sip my coffee and before you know it, my oil change was done! He really takes pride in his shop and treats customers with respect. Joe has a new loyal customer in me. Make sure you go to the shop on the end, 714 Auto Repair and not the one next door. I gotta tell ya - he caught something under my car that he pointed out was still under my lease warranty and saved me a bill. Now that is trustworthy service. This review is 1.5 years late, but I have to say—Joe and 714 Auto Repair provided the best auto service I’ve ever had! Our Mazda CX-3’s AC wasn’t working, and even after taking it to the dealer three times, they couldn’t fix the issue. We finally found Joe, and he quickly diagnosed the real problem—the evaporator. Instead of just charging us for the repair, he honestly advised us to go back to the dealer and push for a warranty repair, since our car had low mileage and we had a good case. We followed his advice, and it worked! Thanks to Joe’s expertise and integrity, the dealer repaired it at no cost, and we only paid Joe for the diagnosis fee. He saved us a lot of money when he could have easily just taken the job himself. Joe is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. We’re lucky to have him in our community—if he isn’t trustworthy and friendly, then who is? Highly recommend 714 Auto Repair!
