A small spot near Laguna Beach. It can feel a bit crowded, but we made a reservation ahead of time—which I’d definitely recommend, as it seems hard to get a table without one.

Very unique. Wrapped in what seemed like kale on the outside, giving it a fresh and slightly crisp texture.
The macadamia nut inside was a surprising combination that worked really well.
• Sexy Truffle ⭐⭐⭐⭐½☆
Sashimi topped with a slightly tangy purple sauce—very interesting and different. Flavor was balanced and creative.
• Crab Hand Roll⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Simple but very well done. Fresh, clean, and satisfying.
Overall Thoughts
Creative sushi with some unexpected flavor combinations that actually work.

What an amazing experience! Absolutely amazing creative sushi dishes across from the beach. Cozy and vibrant, the atmosphere is buzzing with the all female chef staff.

Located a little hill, so we enjoyed both the beach and sunset on the distance sit on a roadside table.
The food is mostly fusion Japanese cuisine, not authentic, but it’s really good on itself.
The peculiar things is that a bottle of Sake was reasonably price, but the price of draft beer was rather expensive.
All the staff were kind and friendly, I’m willing to visit again if I come back this beach.

Had a take out order. The sushi is so fresh and the flavor is great! Tried salad and some cooked rolls and fish. Great experience and convenient location

I visited with a few coworkers, and it was easily the best sushi experience I’ve had anywhere in the United States. The fish was incredibly fresh, the staff was warm and attentive, and the menu offered a creative, unique selection. Every bite was outstanding. I didn’t even manage to take photos as the dishes disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.
