1st Choice was the third company we had come out for our air conditioning issue and it’s obvious they should have been our 1st Choice. Both John and Anthony were very professional and were able to arrive at a satisfactory solution to our particular issue for a fraction of the cost the others quoted. We do highly recommend them!
We were hearing noise whenever heater comes on before the hot air comes out through vents. My husband stopped by the office to report the noise. 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning sent a technician right away to our house. The technician tested few things and explained what might be causing the noise. After testing the air intake he decided to installed a muffler for air intake to stop the noise. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the source of noise. After installing a small muffler, the heater unit doesn't make noise. We are very impressed with the technician ability to fix the issue in a timely manner. Thank you for your customer care. We are very satisfied with their response.

I had an urgent hvac repair issue on a Sunday. I reached out and someone texted me back within an hour or so indicating they don’t have anyone available at the moment but could come by tomorrow. They gave me some troubleshooting ideas to try to turn it off until they arrive the next day. The team that arrived was very thorough. With this being my first time using 1st Choice I was very impressed and I will definitely be using them in the future
I hadn’t had my HVAC system inspected in over 15 years, so I decided it was time. 1st Choice sent out Luke, who arrived on time in a clean, well-branded van. He used advanced diagnostic tools to measure the health of the entire system and walked me through the results. With the data (which I even cross-checked with ChatGPT 😉), we confirmed that while my system was still running and cooling fine, it was low on refrigerant and the capacitor was out of spec. Luke was professional, transparent, and honest throughout the process. Highly recommend 1st Choice for anyone wanting a thorough and trustworthy inspection.
