She communicated everything clearly throughout my X-rays and cleaning, letting me know what to expect every step of the way. Platinum Dental Group made my 1st experience absolutely amazing. Anxiety went out the door as soon as Cathy sat me down and made me feel welcomed. She was amazing taking X-rays, It didn't hurt one bit, very efficient and comfortable. Dr. Omrani's attitude showed great Integrity and he explained things I should do to have a healthier mouth. He is very patient with you on making sure you are comfortable and not overwhelmed. Thank you Dr. Omrani and Cathy.
After consultation it was on to the cleaning with Jess, the hygienist. The entire cleaning was surprisingly quick and hassle free, due largely to the skill and professionalism of Jess. She even had some friendly tips to help with my hygien difficulties.
At the end of the visit receptionist Sofia was prompt and accommodating in scheduling my follow up appointment.
If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would!

Needed dental care looked up this place Platinum Dental Care very Impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness. They helped me feel comfortable cause I hate the dentist- Cathy was a genuine sweetheart she made taking xrays super comfortable and not stabbing my mouth. She is very kind and put me at ease. The office is so clean and that xray gun Cathy used was cool. Sofia thank you for letting me know my insurance worked. Thanks Dr. OMRANI FOR YR KINDNESS.

You know, I’ve gone to the same dentist all my life back in Tennessee. Moved out here to California and was always very picky when it came to dentist because you don’t want just anyone jabbing at your teeth. This place is phenomenal with everything they do from remembering to call you for your appointment, setting up time to meet your schedule, accepting where you’re at, and helping you gain that confidence back in your smile. Jessie was the one and has been cleaning my teeth and she even cares to ask how I’m doing time to time. Appreciate this place and the people that are in it. Recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing experience here at Platinum Dental Group as a new patient! I had a really great experience with Cathy who did my X-rays and even gave me oral hygiene tips which was super helpful. She was extremely gentle the entire time, which made me feel a lot more comfortable, especially since X-rays can sometimes be uncomfortable. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was okay throughout the process. Dr. Omrani was also such a kind person and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Kylin did an amazing job with my deep cleaning as well and was so gentle the entire time! Overall, such a great experience!
