This was one of my best home improvement/contractor experiences ever! I was connected with them through the Costco garage door service. From the first time that Warner came out to show me all of the door options to the time that the door was installed, everything went smoothly and according to plan. Werner was very patient with me and even went out of his way to make recommendations to improve my project. The installer Oscar was awesome. He's the garage door whisperer! He's one of the best technicians/installers that I've ever experienced. He's a total pro and his work in installing the new garage door was phenomenal. When I saw the quality of the work, I asked him if he could give my existing garage door a "tune up." For a very reasonable price he was able to make my old garage door work like new. He found a couple of issues and addressed them quickly. Now even my old door works as good as the new one!

Oscar and Hugo did an amazing job. I had other companies look at my garage and was told that it is not possible to install a roll-up garage door due to my low ceiling height.
C&W figured out a way to make it work and I am pleased with the quality of the installation.

When it came time to replace our carriage style garage doors, we contacted C and W through Costco. Werner provided the initial estimate and revisited our house with Oscar to confirm the job specifics and verify measurements prior to installation.
Oscar and Hugo did a fantastic job and the doors look beautiful. Well done! If needed, we will definitely use them again.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Werner Wilke of C&W Garge Doors. The entire experience was exceptional. Werner came out to review the job site (home garage). His interaction with me was professional. He explained the solution, the product & installation, pros and cons and provided an honest quote.
His staff, Cassandra, flawlessly executed the contract. Her customer service was impeccable. Oscar, our installer, delivered exceptional customer service. He kept his work space neat, clean, and safe. Oscar took the time to explain and show my wife and me all the features of our new garage door. Had a new Amarr Heritage 3000 door installed today and could not be happier! Jeff Bennett was my Costco rep, he was super thorough with making sure measurements were perfect. Oscar and his co-worker did the install, they were efficient and got the door up in under two hours. This door is so quiet going up and down, looks great (added windows) and super insulated. As a added bonus got a Costco cash card for $242.
