That turned out to be a mistake. After wasting time and not getting the help I needed, I called again for my garage door issue and had a much better experience. The person who answered the phone was friendly, patient, and ready to listen. She asked me to check a few things at the garage door and opener, and quickly figured out that the problem was the broken springs. She explained it in simple terms, answered my questions, and helped set up a service appointment just a couple of days later. Marc showed up right on time, was very polite, and even offered to remove his shoes before stepping inside. He got right to work, replaced the springs, checked the balance of the garage door, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. The repair was finished in about half an hour, and the whole process felt easy and professional. Fast service, fair pricing, quality garage door repair, and great customer care. I would absolutely call them first next time and highly recommend them for garage door spring repair and overall garage door service.

He found that the springs were adjusted too loose, which was putting extra strain on the opener bearings and causing unnecessary wear. The garage door at our home in Tustin stopped working, so the next morning i called for help. they sent someone out by early afternoon, which was really fast. the technician, marc, has a lot of experience with garage doors and automatic openers. he replaced the broken spring, fixed the cables, tightened up all the hinges, and oiled every moving part. marc even took some extra time to open the automatic opener and put special grease on the gears to keep it running smoothly. he mentioned this should be done about once a year for the best results. i highly recommend this company for any garage door repairs or service in tustin!

i am very happy with the garage door repair service i received. getting a quote was simple and there was no pressure at all. the technicians, marc and nathan, were fast and friendly during the installation. at first, they didn’t have enough parts to finish the job, but it wasn’t a big problem. i thought it would take a while for them to return, but they came back in just a few days and finished everything really quickly. they even went above and beyond by fixing some fascia flashing on my garage that had been damaged in a storm. other companies had kept skipping out on me, but these guys showed up and took care of it. i also had them install new insulated garage doors and power screens, and everything works great now. i definitely recommend this company for anyone needing garage door repairs or upgrades.
