We had new kitchen quartz installed so we needed all new fixtures in the sink. We chose to replace a bathroom vanity and faucet since we were looking for a plumber anyway. We had a few difficulties due to a different company’s demo of our kitchen so we had some broken plastic pipe deep in the wall inside of cast iron pipe. A young man named Irish Reeves from PrimeWest Plumbing responded to my search for plumber’s through ANGI and his bid was the only one that provided certainty around how much everything would cost. The other 3 responded with wide ranges around what we needed to achieve. Irish responded timely to all my texts, got me a quick appointment and showed up on time. I found him to be courteous, energetic, confident and creative around figuring out solutions to what challenges were before him. We valued his work so much we called him to come back to do some more work after we had new flooring installed. I was very impressed with his efforts, PrimeWests pricing and just the general attitude and positivity displayed.

I hired Primewest Plumbling to change two sinks and new faucets at my home. Primewest sent out a plumber named Irish to do the job. Let me tell you he did an outstanding job with the installation. He was very quick and extremely personable. He also left the installation area spotless. I would highly recommend the company and be sure to ask for Irish if he is available.

Irish is an excellent plumber. While here to fix one issue he found two more. He used his time efficiently and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend him and Prime west.

This job was so complicated that it required three of the PrimeWest Plumbing professionals to work for 4 days non-stop from 8 am until dark. All of them showed up on time, in full uniform, with tools and replacement parts on hand, and the job got done right and ahead of schedule. Special thanks to Ryder for getting this completed. In summary - great communication, professionalism, and cost (something that we haven't seen in S. Orange County for a long time.)
Highly recommended.
