JRT did a great job removing our old roof and installing the new one. We did a combination of composite shingles for most of the roof and ridged metal for the first floor front, and both parts are excellent and look great. Steve Martinez, the project manager, was great. He kept us up to date on everything. Also, I'd like to mention specifically how well they cleaned up after the initial demolition -- it was hard to tell they'd even been here.
JRT Roofing is the contractor being used by my apartment complex, Valentia Apartments in San Diego. They have been operating in complete violation of state safety laws and OSHA standards—dangerously dropping large clay shingles, nails, a hardhat, and garbage onto my porch (which is where my washer and dryer are, so I’m forced to use the porch). My bench was also damaged by the falling debris, which is being dropped from a height of at least 20 feet. In the process of reporting this to the relevant agencies.
