Awesome California Burrito. Tortilla is perfect and buttery. The green sauce is on point. And ingredients are fresh. Also the portion sizes are epic! The only other thing I would suggest is to keep the seating outside. I noticed today they did not have the tables and chairs out front and their is limited seating on the inside.
No restroom here if you’re needing one. Just a hand sanitizer dispenser. My friend ordered surf and turf style tacos. He said it was fantastic. Separate order, I ordered a vegetarian bowl with a drink $23. It was underwhelming, especially for the price. A scoop of black beans. A scoop of rice, the rice was good. Some fluff on top with a drizzle of sauce. No meat. Should be cheaper. I used a lot of red salsa to add flavor. My friend will definitely be back.
I live in Virginia and I come to California to have their T-Gunz burrito. The food is always fresh, well seasoned, and they are very nice too! Highly recommend!
Wow these were good tacos. I had 4 different street tacos. Al pastor, carnitas, pollo asada and one more I can’t remember but it wasn’t the beef one. All tacos were great. Size wise they are “street tacos” but each had its own sauce and add one that made it unique. Pricier than a regular street taco but well worth the premium IMO. I don’t usually take a picture of my food but I sent a pic to my wife because we were talking while I ate them so I’m posting the photo here.
First thing I got to say is that monster burrito is legitimate a monster. Not only is a Big Burrito but they pack it full of goodies. They have a really robust and variety the menu of different tacos and burritos to try. Some combinations I've never even seen before. Personally I was a fan of a surf and turf burrito which was great. The tacos are nice but the seafood options are exemplary. I had two fish tacos yesterday and that alone was a meal worth coming for. Prices are reasonable especially if you come on taco Tuesdays and portion sizes are just phenomenal. Only thing that would make this place better if they sold Margaritas but there's a nice liquor store next door so you can pick one up to go. Overall definitely a place I would hit up in Huntington Beach on my way back home again.
