Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
First visit, I had the “special” (see photo) smash burger. Really good deal, only $6, instead of the normal price of $17.25. Outdoor seating on the street side, was nice, friendly server did a very good job. Irish Nachos was good, served on a hot plate. Double patty “smash” burger was good, my only complaint was it really wasn’t a smash burger, because it didn’t have the normally tasty crispy edges. Plate served hot, good fries with very good ranch style dip. The best parking is a paid lot to the rear of the restaurant. But the walk to the restaurant is difficult, especially for a mobility challenged person, due to the steepness of the alleyway. Recommended, we will be back.
This is my favorite bar!! I’ve been coming here every week for over a year and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. I live for karaoke Tuesdays with G and the buy one get one free burgers. The fries here are my favorite ever, and these burgers are absolutely 🧑🏼🍳💋😍. The chicken tenders are incredible, the sausage rolls, the churro waffle sundae, fries sampler, everything I’ve tried here is incredible and I’ve never been disappointed. I’m very picky but according to my friends their roasted brussels sprouts and cauliflower is great too. Their December burger of the month is a must-try, I literally have dreams about it. Vivi is an incredible bartender, I am a lemonade snob and the Hennessey house-made lemonade with Tito’s is my all-time favorite. The margaritas are also great. I highly recommend this place. Good food, good vibes.
Fun place to grab a Bloody Mary and breakfast in the morning. Yummy!
Our waiter nice guy attentive and fast our food was really good medium mushroom burger avicado toast some calamari and poke appetizers. Well be coming back
I really enjoyed this restaurant/bar. My friend and I arrived early in San Juan and wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast. This was the only establishment that was opened at 8 a.m. We were the only ones there at the moment, so service was swift & the lady who took down our order was very nice. I had an avocado toast & he had the 2 egg breakfast. The food was phenomenal. We both loved the potatoes & everything was just plated and cooked to perfection. We decided to go back for a late lunch and we're not disappointed. We had 2 Lagunita IPAs & ordered the Paddy burger as well as the Chipotle burger. The burgers were huge, and we both were not able to finish them, but they were delicious. 😋 I will definitely be coming back here every time I'm in San Juan Capistrano. It's very convenient, just a short walk from the train with excellent customer service and a wide range of inside and outdoor seating. I definitely recommend this place!
