Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
We’ve had the chance to serve Pizza House at Frisby and it’s such a great spot. The staff is welcoming, communication is easy, and the atmosphere is relaxed in the best way. Their guests are friendly, the space is comfortable, and it’s a great environment for a food pop-up. We’re grateful to be included here.
I hosted my high school's 10 year reunion at Frisby Cellar + Brewing and it was amazing! Lindy, Andrew and the team were all top notch and super kind and helpful. The food and drinks were great. We ordered several different flatbreads, empanadas and charcuterie boards. The attendees loved the venue as it had several different areas to hangout. I would definitely recommend hosting an event here! I should also mention that I enjoy going to Frisby on the weekends for a more relaxed drink, and I love that atmosphere as well. :)
Update: Allie is an amazing tender. Food trucks every weekend ❤️ Great spot to grab a couple pints and a meal. Friendly staff, good selection, and air conditioned 😁 They have memberships, cheapest being $20 a month that includes 2 pints or flights and a 32oz crowler. Also, there is a different pop-up food vendor daily.
We were really looking forward to visiting tonight, as my parents in the area highly recommended this place. However, my experience was immediately disappointing. I walked in with my small dog and was instantly dismissed due to the no-pet policy. While I respect the establishment's rules, the message was delivered so curtly and impolitely that I was immediately turned off. The interaction felt dismissive rather than professional. I find it ironic that a winery/brewery with such a strict dog policy is situated right next to a dog grooming spa. I won't be returning and will take my business elsewhere.
Had a fun afternoon here with family. Enjoyed wine tasting, super large soft pretzel and the charcuterie board. Kid-friendly place. They also sell beers at the opposite end of the winery. On the weekend there's live music and a Mexican food truck. Their nachos with salsa and guacamole were a big hit.
