Whoa Mama! You know how to do it right! If you are not afraid to drop $20 on a plate of eggs this restaurant will reward you with an amazing experience. With their extensive menu of unique and creative dishes and their equally impressive selection of cocktails, you will be sure to find something you like. The vibe is cool and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended. also very kid friendly.
Quiet a unique restaurant offering a wide array of menu items. The service is attentive and efficient, and food is good as well. We stopped in for burgers and salad, and the menu is packed full of a vast variety of choices. My wife had the Mama's burger and fries, and I had the tuna melt with a salad. My wife had a bloody Mary, and I had a nice cold beer. We will try something new next time as we were out shopping and felt like burgers and drinks. They also offer breakfast. Clean restaurant and conveniently located in Ladera Ranch. Recommended
What a great restaurant for HH and for a family dinner . We went for a HH but ordered off both menus so we could try little of both . We tried their famous Mai Tia’s - we rated as a 3 out of 5 that day - maybe another day by a different bartender they could be a 5 so give them a try . As for their blonde beer 🍺 it was a 5. The fried zucchini a 5 we shared it as the order was as big as the tray - Perfect! We ordered their street tacos - again a 5 - yummy band both were as full as they could be - thank you Mama - we will for sure order those again . The menu is full of so many choices - light to full on steaks with mash . The hamburgers look great . I took pics of the menus so you can see how many choices you will have . It’s a keeper for Ladera . They have a cute old fashioned dinner feel inside with a thrifty ice cream counter and long bar inside and another outside . We enjoyed sitting outside - they have fire pit and fans for the summer . You must check out Mama’s , the prices are fair, the food is large serving and the servers are wonderful. Thank you Mama for hiring really caring staff and for coming to Ladera .
Not bad place to come down and grab a bite of food. The prices were on the pricey side, around like $15+. The hamburgers and nachos I highly recommend. Pina colada cocktail I got was more on the alcohol side if anyone is interested in that. Customer service was really good, had no problems whatsoever. We went during lunch time so it was not as crowded inside. Overall, not bad place to take your family to on a lunch or dinner occasion.
Sorry no photo of my pina colada….(it was delicious). We were invited back to Mamas. by their general manager Melissa after a less than stellar experience during the summer for my husbands birthday brunch. She promised they would do better and they delivered. The Korean BBQ tater tots were superb. Our main courses Fish and Chips for me and All American Beach Melt for my hubby were both tasty and cooked well. Portion size was huge and we took half of it home for tomorrow! I gave the restaurant 5 stars for this amazing bit of customer service recovery. The food was really good. Nice atmosphere with TVs playing a variety of things. Cool patio with fire pits. Nice choice for a family outing (it would be a bit pricey but entrees are huge and sharing is a great option. I’m glad we gave it another try.
