I go for the kombu broth and the premium short rib. Some of the best shabu ive had. The meat quality speaks for itself.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The restaurant had a great vibe—clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. The food came out promptly, and each dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were balanced, and the presentation was very appealing. It’s nice to see a place that values both taste and service equally. Overall, a great dining experience that I’d gladly recommend to anyone looking for a good meal.

The Wagyu short rib was amazing. The employees were great. We will definitely be coming back.

This is my favorite shabu place in OC. It's a little out of the way for me, but I am willing to make the trip. The flavor of the broth is on point, the presentation of the proteins and veggies is nice, and the appetizers...the apps! Such a good selection where other shabu places fall short. On top of that, service is really attentive and you can tell they do their best.

Never had shabu before but will definitely come back here. Every bite of meat was full of flavor and edible with no bad fatty bits. The broth was delicious and the tempura was mmm mmm good. The waitresses were also very helpful with explaining the best way to cook on our first time. Nothing beats a delicious after taste of good food.
