Bryan was my technician, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired my system professionally. Everything is now running smoothly again.
What I appreciated most was that he took the time to clearly explain what had gone wrong, what he fixed, and answered all of my questions. He also recommended a few thoughtful upgrades that should improve the overall performance and reliability of my system in the long run.
The office staff was excellent as well. They were easy to reach by phone and did a great job keeping me informed with timely email and text updates throughout the scheduling process. Overall, it was a smooth, professional experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend their service.

Josh was my technician and he did a great job. He showed up right on time, fixed my system properly, and got everything running smoothly again. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what he repaired. He also gave me some smart upgrade suggestions that should make the whole setup work better and keep me happier with it. The front office handles phone calls fine, and they follow up really well with email and text confirmations.

Stephen Kearney of Alicia Air did an amazing job today, with Joe Daley, replacing my old Rheem gas furnace with a shiny new Carrier Comfort Series heat pump. The installation was done quickly and with high quality.

Alicia Air installed my Carrier air conditioner, 12 years ago. It is working perfectly. I always have the maintenance come out to check it every year. They’ve done venting for me and also have kept my equipment working efficient. I can always count on them for honesty and reasonable pricing. Scott our technician was great!

Excellent customer service, bar none. I have had 3 quotes now on our AC repair, and Mr. Brian Perez was honestly the most thoughtful, articulate, patient, and he took his time to explain to me the difference between the systems, how it all works and really cared about making sure we knew what was needed vs not needed, what is worth doing and not doing. He even put up with all my yapping with grace and kindness! 😂 Thank you and also sorry for asking so many questions!
I can legitimately tell that Alicia Air really take their reputation seriously, and only will deliver the best services possible. I felt like of all three estimates, that they are the most transparent, and honest. Great vibes all around! Shouts out to the amazing service in the office as well, who kept in contact every step of the way for this assessment. Some places took days to even get back to me! Alicia Air literally made sure they could accommodate me on the same day! That so far has been super unique! They are also a family owned small business!
