I hadn’t had my HVAC system inspected in over 15 years, so I decided it was time. 1st Choice sent out Luke, who arrived on time in a clean, well-branded van. He used advanced diagnostic tools to measure the health of the entire system and walked me through the results. With the data (which I even cross-checked with ChatGPT 😉), we confirmed that while my system was still running and cooling fine, it was low on refrigerant and the capacitor was out of spec. Luke was professional, transparent, and honest throughout the process. Highly recommend 1st Choice for anyone wanting a thorough and trustworthy inspection.
I recently had my HVAC system repaired by 1st Choice and overall had a great experience. The team was professional, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. My first impression was through John who came out to inspect and provide an estimate. He was super friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was clear throughout the process, and I really appreciated how efficient they were. The only minor downside was that I let the technicians use my restroom, and they ended up tracking in a bit of debris from their work. It wasn’t a huge deal and I was able to easily clean it up with a vacuum. Other than that they left my house clean & in the same order that they arrived in. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely call them again if needed!
Had a great experience with 1st Choice. Richard came right on time and was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and identified the problem right away.
