Our experience with Neale & Fhima handling our CFMOTO lemon law case was extremely disappointing and the worst experience we have had with a legal representative.
Throughout the case, we repeatedly had to contact the firm ourselves to find out the status, what the next step was, and what was required from us. Proactive communication was very limited, and when we asked specific questions, the instructions were often vague or incomplete.
Most concerning was what happened when the attorney handling our case left the firm. We were not contacted to tell us the attorney had left, who was taking over, or how our case would be transitioned. We had to reach out ourselves to determine who was handling our case and what needed to happen next.
The communication problems continued all the way through the settlement. Even at the end, we struggled to get clear instructions about where and how to surrender the vehicle and how the required paperwork needed to be completed. We repeatedly felt like we were managing the process and asking the firm what needed to happen next, rather than the firm guiding us through it.
This review is not based on one missed call or email. It reflects a pattern we experienced throughout the representation.
We retained attorneys because we expected them to manage the legal process, communicate with us, and provide clear instructions. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to ask detailed questions about communication, case management, attorney transitions, and how often you can expect updates before retaining them.
We would not use this firm again.

I highly recommend the team at Neale & Fhima, they did an excellent job handling my lemon law case. I worked with Nadia, she has excellent communication skills, and is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She explained every step in clear terms and supported me and my wife to stay calm and work with her. Professional communication throughout the process guided me and kept me updated on the progress.

I bought two new cars in the last few years.
The first Tahoe had terrible engine noise and we traded it in, without knowing there is a Lemon Law.
One Lemon Law company contacted me and started working on it. Eventually, I got few thousand back.
The trade-in car was a new suburban. After few months driving, we found engine noise and unknown noise on the driver side. I got the car fixed few times but noises are still there.I contacted the same attorney but they said they could not do it.
Then I contacted Neale & Fhima. They are super professional.
Chris guided me all the way through the whole process and finally I got full refund from GM! That is $110k+!
They made impossible possible ! That is amazing!

I absolutely recommend them. Aaron handled my case and pushed hard to get what I deserved. Him and rosie kept us updated and were honest and answered all of our questions. If god forbid something ever happend to me again, I would definitely go back to them.
