They got to me right away. the doctor kind and clean. He did an great job. This happens me quite regularly now I have my go to doctor. What an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were so accommodating and Dr Tran is awesome! I came in with an eye infection and he was able to see me same day. Staff clearly communicates to you what your insurance covers and what add ons are necessary with no up charges or pressure. I feel like I got good customer service and a good deal on my progressive lenses.
Such a smooth process! I needed a new eye exam, and brought my current frames. They were able to replace the lenses, at an affordable cost! Dr. Michelle was helpful and answered all my questions, and they were transparent about self-pay costs and not pushy with recommendations (which is so appreciated). I’m excited to get my glasses back & happy to have a local optometrist to go to now!
