Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Tldr- COME TO THIS STORE!!! Amazing staff who are really passionate and knowledgeable about snowboarding and mtbing. Great selection, carry quality products, and host community events (gear n’ beer). Summer 2023 I brought in my trash 15 year old dirt jumper to get serviced and Dave helped get me right. He did a comprehensive job, installing new brakes, chain, and truing the wheel as best as it could get. I also brought it a 20 year old yeti to see if it was worth putting money into. He replied by saying that it’s a great time to purchase a setup on the secondary market or new since many brands went under and others manufactured way to many because of the demand during covid. He also commented that trash pick up was on Wednesdays… Dave didn’t actually say that last part but I left it in their bin anyways. Thanks! Winter 2022 I visited the shop again. Tanner helped fit my aunt in some Burton boots. He took the time in finding her the correct size and suggested that she could ride a mens model since she has wider feet. I believe this was prior to burton coming out with wide models. She’s been very happy with them! Also, Cam and Reilly were fun to chat with while I waited on my aunt. I recommend this shop to friends and family all the time. In 2021 I came in looking for a new board for the season. I described to the staff member (Edson) my style of riding and after listening super patiently, he began to walk through the entire store showing me what he thought would be a good fit. He really catered to all my needs and I appreciate that his main priority was to get me in the right gear and not to just make a quick sale. I love that these guys really care about the sport and want to share their passion with others! It definitely shows in the products they stock, the customer service they provide, and the level of absolute stokeness the place has! I’m loving my Nitro beast; it's perfect! THANK YOU
BEWARE AND READ THE OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS. Dishonest about refunds! Attempted to charge me a restocking fee for an UNUSED pair of goggles that I tried on for less than 5 minutes. FALSELY ACCUSED me of scratching the lens all over when I returned the item in the exact same condition I received it in. I did not see scratches but the lenses had low visibility when I tried the googles on because there was still plastic attached to it. If the lenses are damaged then your returns department mishandled it. Ridiculous and terrible business practices. Don’t support a business that literally lies and tries to gaslight their customers. I haven’t encountered such terrible service before. Edit: they have now issued a refund and did not end up charging the restocking fee. Still not happy about the experience but updated the rating to reflect that they tried to make it right.
I love this shop! They are one of the best shops around. Prices are very good, and selection is top notch. Their customer service is also amazing. Thanks Dreamruns, I love my rockshox fork!
Came in to see if I could get a update on My Orbea Rise. No one was around & when the guy did show up, it was like I was bothering him to ask questions! Shop is great for Ski Equipment, But the bike area & people working it Suck! Take your bike somewhere else, To where they appreciate you!
Dreamruns is the place for your snowboard and ski necessities. The guys over there are really cool and helpful good vibes all around! They are dog friendly and hooked my pup up with a treat even kept him occupied while I shopped around. Solid dudes and i would recommend the shop for anyone trying to buy some quality gear.
