Arne is, without question, one of the most exceptional real estate professionals I have ever worked with. He found the perfect home for my parents in record time and guided us through every step of the process with extraordinary care, professionalism, and patience.
What truly sets Arne apart is that his service doesn't end at closing. Knowing that my mom (80) and dad (92) needed extra support, he went far beyond what anyone would expect. He connected us with outstanding movers and handymen, personally helped set up their Wi-Fi, televisions, and cable, completed much of the online paperwork on their behalf, and continues to stop by to check on them. His kindness and generosity have made an overwhelming transition feel seamless.
Arne is not only an expert broker with deep market knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills, strong connections and an easy personality to work with, but he is also a genuinely wonderful person. He treats his clients like family and is the kind of professional you hope to find but rarely do.

The reason why I I selected Mr Dewitt is because of his extensive experience in the local south orange county real estate for over 30 years. We've grown to know Arne since early 2020 when we moved to the area and started on a search for a family home. He was highly recommended by a broker we trusted and has proven to be one of the kindest, most honest realtors we have met. I usually don’t write a review, but the outstanding service I received from Arne calls for an exception. Without Arne we never could have secured our property in 2017.
We do not live in the US and aren’t familiar with buying a property in the US. Arne knew exactly what to do at every step and gave us excellent guidance along the way. Before we moved to the US he took care of our newly bought property. After we left the US he also rented out the property very swiftly. (That proved to be a good investment -either as self-occupied or rental property, thanks Arne!). For the tenants he was very responsive and helpful too. We couldn’t be more grateful that he became our realtor.
Arne is 100% professional at all times, extremely responsive, straight forward, trustworthy, confident, compassionate. He is not only the best realtor but also a wonderful person.
