Jacqueline helped my family and I purchase our first home! We met with a few agents before ultimately making our decision, but found quickly that Jacqueline differentiated herself as a top tier agent! We decided to work with Jacqueline because of her intimate local knowledge about several neighborhoods and their histories as well as market trends. She knew everything about everywhere! Given her experience she also has a fantastic network so she was also able to connect us with our lender. Jacqueline set us up with a portal to view homes as they became listed and also gave individualized feedback on what she thought would suit our needs, including recommending things outside our parameters that were also good matches. Given that we were not local this was critical to help understand what was currently available and to understand what our priorities were. Once we were ready to see properties she attended open houses with us and also arranged private showings. We looked at about 10 homes together in a few different areas, and she had expert advise on all of them beyond what we would be typically expected.
