The Noonan Team, with Helena, Shawn, Jeni, Savannah, Clarissa, and Sharon helped my elderly parents sell their Laguna Nigel home and were all amazing from start to finish. Both Jeni and Shawn noticed and handled things broken or not working that our family forgot and just didn't notice anymore. They made sure we got everything in tip-top shape before pictures and marketing so we could put our best foot forward. During inspection periods and before closing, Shawn noticed some additional minor plumbing problems that had not been picked up by inspectors. We deeply appreciate the conscientiousness. We wanted the buyer to be pleased with their purchase, Both Shawn and Jeni made sure we didn't miss important details. Savannah made sure the listing details were perfect and kept us informed about the market and any activity on our listing. She and Shawn also helped us figure out what to do when the hurricane hit.
