This is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Nick was a pleasure to work with, made everything so easy. From texting, emailing, and his quick responses overall. Chuck was so personable and made us feel right at home. You rarely get to work with dealerships who make everything so streamline and who don’t make things complicated. If I am ever in the market in the future for another car/VW I will definitely be returning. We are so happy with our Golf!

I have dealt with many dealerships in my life time and Capistrano VW is one of the best I have dealt with.
Everyone from Service, parts, sales and on up, have been so nice to work with. They genuinely love what they do and care about the customer.
I had the privilege of working on the lease of my new VW with Chuck Lilly and Buddy Holguin, who each in their own way helped me along in making the best decision I could for my lifestyle in choosing the right model and were working step by step, side by side, to make my time at the dealership an easy seamless process. Nick Colucci, one of the sales managers also was very eager to help and added his expertise.
All in all one of the easiest, most favorable dealings I’ve had with car sales.
Would definitely recommend this dealership over any of the bigger (more inventory) ones in the area, they will work with you and get you what you want.

The only dealership I’ll ever do business with again, it was that good.
Every single staff member was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Getting a new car typically isn’t a fun day but these guys have completely changed my perspective and made it so easy, simple, and seamless.
I actually felt like the luckiest girl in the world that on a hunch I decided to go to this dealership.
