I visited this dental clinic for the first time today and was extremely satisfied with both the treatment and the service. All of the staff were incredibly kind, and their excellent medical skills gave me complete trust and confidence throughout the process. The treatment went smoothly and safely. The interior was also spotless and stylish, perfectly matching the image of a clean and modern dental clinic. I will definitely return for my next appointment.
The front desk staff are super nice and kind. I always feel welcomed when I enter with a smile and greeting. They greet me by name right away and even have my name on the chalkboard! It’s an awesome feeling especially going to a dentist office where it can be so sterile and nerve wracking. It’s very clean from the bathroom to the lobby and in their rooms. I’ve had really bad experiences where the office felt so dark but their office is bright with good lighting from the sun shining from the window. They have a cute green display at the front where you can take pictures at. It’s like a nice photo backdrop! The dental assistants, hygienists and Dr. Sean Chang are all super professional and detailed in their explanations. I feel at ease with whatever procedure they’ll be doing on me (and I have a lot of work on my teeth :( It’s so sad) and I’m not hesitant to ask any questions if I’m confused. I don’t feel like any question is stupid. They will explain it thoroughly to me. My husband and I come here and highly recommend this dental office to everyone!
This was literally the first time I've had a painless cleaning. Normally my mouth is a destroyed and is in so much pain after a cleaning. I'd recommend Kimberly for doing a well thorough job cleaning my teeth. I appreciated the well personalized experience as well with my name in the welcome room. (Left photo is after cleaning)
This is my second time coming to blue brush dental and let me tell you, the people here are exceptional. Dr. Chen performed a root canal and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Chang the came in and finished the job by putting a permanent fill. I also have to mention the girls up front SU and Melonie. These girls are so sweet they definitely show that they care. Overall what an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient at Blue Brush Dental for nearly 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. Dr. Chang is always professional, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Mrs. Kimberly, who does my semi-annual teeth cleanings, is fantastic—friendly, gentle, and very professional too. The entire team makes every visit a comfortable experience, and I truly trust them with my dental health. Highly recommend!
