I brought my car to this location for a regular car wash and I end up getting a detail due to having a bunch of scratches all over my burgundy KIA. The folks here, particularly Emilio provided a detail service and was able to get all of it off, and my car looked perfectly brand new. These guys rock! And even just for regular car washes, they're great. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it! Thank you, Emilio and Valentin!
Been a customer for many years and always done a great job here. Usually meet a friend for catch-up weekly, so this time we switched location from Starbucks to LN car wash - kill two birds for one stone. Grabbed a snack & drink, and relaxed at their comfy outdoor seated area. Big shoutout to Supervisor Valentin, I expressed a little dissatisfaction with indoor wiping on Thurs, and he’s the kindest and best problem solver- owners, pay him more and promote him further ( just sayin) -he’s great!
This is my third time here and I must say the experiences have only gotten better. The gentleman at the front does a great job at selling their services so be mindful lol. The real stars are the workers/detailers. They’re all very easy to talk too and willing to address anything missed but the main reason this place deserves 5 stars, is their service manager Valentine. He is attentive, and isn’t afraid to get out there with his men and get dirty himself. From the conversations I’ve had with him, he is honest and upfront. He tells you what you vehicle needs and doesn’t try to up sell you. As a customer, there really isn’t anything more I could ask for. If you need a good wash at a decent price, I recommend this place 10 out of 10. I got the $45.99 Ceramic wash and I am very happy with everything. My car looks new again.
I have been a weekly customer for over a year now and LNCW is by far one of the best car wash service in the area! It’s very rare to find such a friendly and courteous staff members. My car has never come out this clean anywhere else. And the vacuums literally suck the carpets off the floor for exceptionally clean interiors. Thanks to the manger Emilio, my car feels and looks brand new!
Emilio and his manager did such an extra special and caring job on my SUV for my husbands special birthday party!! I highly recommend both of them as they were so caring and concerned about every detail in making my SUV look better than it has before!! Thank you again soooo much!
