I visited them for a tire change and they informed me that the brake pads were worn down to almost touching the metal. The day before I had visited a repair shop to do a complete inspection before a long trip. I received a report with photos and they told me not to change the pads because they were perfect. Halfway through the trip the brakes were touching. I checked the photos and spoke to the person who did the inspection and everything is documented. Be careful.

I have been happy with their service for the 20 some odd years I have been a customer but was disappointed with my last visit. I got my brakes and rotors replaced 2.5 years ago and had to go back a month later because there was an enormous amount of brake dust being produced and I didn't know if it was ever going to stop. They replaced the pads with a different brand and all was well. About a month later a squeak developed on, I think, one of the back disc brakes when backing out of my garage. It happened most but not all the time until some time later it happened all the time and it got louder. Two years later I returned and complained about the noise but was told the warranty was expired. I returned a few week ago because the noise finally got to me because it was happening almost every time I braked in reverse. They put it on the rack but had no solution but to offer another expensive brake job.

Excellent attention, they explained to me in detail what the vehicle needs, they very kindly took the time to help me with everything.

Brought my Jeep here for a service, did a great job at a reasonable price. The tall guy with glasses was very helpful and friendly. Agreed to come back the week after to have them do some work. Arrived the week after and now a guy called either Mario/Marco had a different approach. He was short, flippant and just seemed like he had zero interest in the day whatsoever. I told him what had been discussed with the guy the week before, he was condescending and annoying to deal with. When I mentioned that I would like an explanation of what will be done before I hand over my keys and money and that also seemed to annoy him. It was genuinely like he expected to just be given money for nothing. Very weird. Anyway, let’s talk about the quote price I received (begrudgingly I add). I was told that it was a cam shaft issue and that it would cost me around $3400. At no point did he read anything, look at a computer. But magically that number came into his head. (*The online nationwide estimate for this is $1000-$2200) Without another option, I had to sort of agree to which he replied “that’s for one side, you need the other side done. It’s double that”. Anyway, I basically said ok to it but that I’d come back later….. I walked outside and went right next door instead. I had them quote me for the same work and it was literally half the price and to the same standard. I’ll never return here, it’s that simple. Judging by how they answer criticism on here, they don’t have the emotional intelligence to just do and be better. Instead, it seems they have a hot head answering and trying to be dismissive of their own failings rather than improve. Sorry to that one guy at first as you were genuinely helpful 🤷🏼‍♂️
