Friendly and welcoming environment. I think for the first time ever, I walked into a doctor's office and was actually greeted with a genuinely friendly and warm smile. It's a shame that until I visited Tustin Dental Center, never in my life has a medical front office been warm nor friendly or even bothered to give me the time of day unless I demanded it. Thank you Tustin Dental for your great customer service and positive attitudes. I walked in as a new patient and registering/booking an appointment was extremely easy and fast. Even better, the services provided were done with care and much to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend this office.
I have to say that the staff there is amazing! That atmosphere doesn’t really make you feel like a dentist office. It’s very warm and comforting setting. Dr. Elgazar was extremely friendly and didn’t push on things I didn’t need at the time. Very honest and a great bed side manner. Can’t forget about Adela at the front counter , who also comes back and gives you the breakdown. Awesome awesome awesome! So nice, so friendly, I want to hire her :) she made my visit even more pleasant than it already was. Go get your smile checked out here ASAP. You will love the experience !
Dr. Riad was simply the BEST when working with Elijah and he also cleaned my teeth. He's so gentle that you don't know that he's working on your mouth. I wish all dentist would exercise gentleness while working on the oral cavity. I think more people would come to the dentist. Great job doctor! My baby is NOT afraid of the dentist.
