I had a great experience at this optometry office. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. The doctor was very thorough during the eye exam and took the time to explain my prescription and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

I paid/received an eye exam.
I have also gotten eye exams here in the past.Paid extra for the more in depth-look at the back of my eye part. Was told I should try progressive lense. I was reluctant but decided to order a pair. Was told by the doc to give it some time to adjust. I waited a little longer than I should have but I work full time and went in again bc my vision wasn’t corrected far or near as it had been before (I have worn glasses since I was 10 yrs old). I was told I would have to pay for another exam. I didn’t think this was fair bc I was told it would take time to adjust. And paid a lot for the pair of glasses I ordered. The doc became very defensive and rude-shouted out to the sales people to make the prescription stronger. So I ordered and paid for another pair. It’s been almost a year now and I’m still unhappy with my prescription glasses. I called to speak to the office explain to them my experience on schedule another Eye exam. I also asked if there were any other doctors. The woman at the front desk told me if I had only come back within the four months follow up time I could’ve double checked the new prescription. I told her I did come back within four months, but the doctor told me I had waited too long. She then talked to the doctor and called me back and told me I would have to pay for another exam. The problem is no one told me I had a four month follow up time. And I most certainly did come in within that time, but was told I would have to pay for another exam. The woman at the front desk is very kind and understanding but the doctor refuses to correct whatever is mistaken with my prescription and is ignoring the fact I came in within the follow up time. I also work in customer service and understand there are misunderstandings, but this is clearly the doctor being stubborn and not helpful. I would not recommend this eye doctor.
