I recently saw Dr. Hauser for a consultation about my upcoming cataract surgery, and it was an excellent experience. She was attentive, took her time with me, and carefully explained all of my options, including the pros and cons of each approach. I love Dr. Howard. I am so lucky to have found her. She is always thorough yet quick to get patients in and out. The office is clean and the staff is great. I love that this location is at a Costco too.
Amazing, they are a well oiled machine. Arriving for my 12:30 appt, I was out within 20 minutes.everyone is courteous and professional. The value is over the top for an eye exam and new prescription. No reason to go anywhere else.
The Dr was friendly thorough and left nothing to chance by asking me follow up questions. The receptionist was attentive and used humor to ease the appointment. Even the attendant that helped me chose my glasses - Jasmine was very cordial and helpful as well as answered every question that I had. It was easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend.
Howard optometry was recommended by 2 friends, specifically Dr. Marsha Howard. She wasn't available & Dr. Nathan Forman was in for a last minute issue. Nothing short of a '10'! Personable, unrushed, thorough. Explained things in detail & was calmly reassuring.
