The staff is super sweet and helpful! I lost a screw that fell off my glasses and I had lost another piece also needed. I had called around to local places that carried the brand to see if I could bring them in for a fix. Some places required an appointment or they wouldn’t provide the screw I lost. I considered doing it myself. I walked in ready to wait in line, but they immediately took them and provided a screw that would accommodate for the missing extra piece. I waiting probably 5min and they offered to fix them again If I found the missing piece. I’m so grateful!
Dr. Kawata and team are top notch. I've had returned calls after hours when I had a question, and his staff has always found time for me to come in when having an issue. He has not disappointed once in over 30 years (YES he has been my Dr. that long!)
